“ Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The pups are adorable, they each have their own stories that explain their unique personalities. Food & Bev are delicious, they offer healthy, vegetarian and vegan options. Got an oreo cake today and it was yummy, not too sweet! ”

The service is so accommodating by the staff with warm greetings and intros to their place with guidance on the best way to interact with the dogs. I stopped by to energize before jogging in the neighborhood. Had a refreshing strawberry banana smoothie and fresh coconut in the outdoor seating. I’ve really enjoyed their iced teas as well. Looking forward to returning to dine in. I’m so excited they have a vegan food menu to cater to my diet too. WagWel is an amazing place not to miss! ”

“ Lovely dog/cat cafe, fostering/helping rescues while entertaining guests (new concept, love it). Been visiting way before they merged (when the cat cafe was still on Dien Bien Phu St.). Guests can even bring their own pets (for a price ofc) and there's even a swimming pool for the pups, a great way for them to beat the crazy Saigon heat There are clear indications to set boundaries/stay safe (since not all rescues are friendly). The cats do be eyeing my drinks a lil too often The price is a bit too much for me (although understandable as it's for the rescues). Will be visiting again bc i miss these babies ”

“ This is such a lovely place, nice music and service, safe parking. The swimming pool is available for humans and pets and it is clean. There is a floor for cats and down is for dogs, it is very spacious. Nice food and many options. ”
